Ordering

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

If your order hasn’t been packed and shipped yet, we’ll do our best to catch it! Email us ASAP at cs@csberry.com and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Do you offer signed paperbacks?

Yes! Select titles are available in signed paperback format. Check the product description when shopping to see if it’s available.

Can I order if I’m outside the U.S.?

Right now, we ship domestically to United States, but we’re looking into international options in the future!

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Unless otherwise noted, orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your package is on the way.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You’ll get an email with tracking info as soon as it’s out the door. Shipping times depend on your location.

What is the shipping policy?

Orders are shipped via tracked services to ensure they arrive safely. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You can review our full Shipping Policy here.

Refunds & Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes you can! Contact us at cs@csberry.com to start a return. We’ll send a return label and instructions. Don’t send items back without emailing first—they won’t be accepted.

What can’t be returned?

We do not accept returns on:

  • Digital products (like ebooks or serials)
  • Sale items
  • Gift Cards
When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been more than 15 business days, contact us at cs@csberry.com.
