Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). This includes verifying items, prepping any signed goods, and packaging them with care.
If your order includes a preorder, the entire shipment will be held until the preorder item is available—unless otherwise stated.
Domestic Shipping
Once your order leaves our hands, delivery time depends on where it is being shipped to.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received tracking information after three business days, please email us at cs@csberry.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If it’s been 10 business days since your shipping confirmation and your order hasn’t arrived, reach out to us at cs@csberry.com.
International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States & Canada, but we hope to offer worldwide shipping in the future!
